DUST consists of a wide range of sheer base, pigment and glitter for easy eye applications. Cosmetically approved for use around the eye, it is an easy 3-step system of sheer base, pigment, and then glitter. The sheer base serves as a starting point supporting both the pigment and glitter to adhere without creasing. The pigment colors range from shimmer to matte, allowing for pure color depth and coverage. Finally, the glitter has a true “pop” feature that can range from mild to wild.
